Buzz Globetrots to victory 🐝🌍

Buzz has finally opened his 2025 tipping account in style with a brilliant on-track performance, which has boosted him back into overall contention. And by “on-track” I mean he didn’t actually tell us he’d tipped them until they had won and our punters syndicate were not able to win a cent off them!

The Buzz returned an impressive $1467.50 after having $100 on GLOBE ($12.50 BSP) in the Might and Power Stakes and $50 on HEADLEY GRANGE ($14.35 BSP) in the Alan Brown Stakes. The Law was second on $1181 with $100 on LINDERMANN ($2.46 BSP) in the Hill Stakes and $100 on HEADLEY GRANGE. The Cat was third on $1043 with $100 on GLOBE and $70 on AUTUMN BOY ($4.19 BSP) in the Caulfield Guineas. The other winner on the day was TRANSATLANTIC ($12.23 BSP) in the Toorak Handicap – Summerdays was the only tipster to have $100 on it.

The Cat now leads overall on $1856.20 and has a nice gap back to Brock in second on $964 and Law in third on $877. Buzz has gone from last to 19th overall on -$132.50 and almost erased his debt. It just shows that it only takes a few races to turn the competition! With Shoggers also getting off the mark, this means that Simmo is the only tipster left who has had one single return! Sniffles and Josh1528 still lead the Captain Consistency Award on 5 points, from Benny Leal, The Cat, Wardy and Brock on 4 points.

This week is huge! (also for my admin🥲) We will be tipping 7 races! Caulfield Cup, Thousand Guineas, The Everest, King Charles III Stakes, Sydney Stakes, The Kosciuszko and the Silver Eagle. This will see us officially tip over the halfway mark, in terms of number of races to tip.
